Brain Power is actively seeking an Online Content Researcher/Writer Intern to join our team. This position is responsible for collaborating with members of the new-products team to establish and maintain consistent content delivery standards and processes; assist in the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our eLearning content.

Key Job Functions and Responsibilities include: • Conducting in-depth research on topics related to K-12 education, remote learning, special education, and social-emotional learning in order to develop original content for Brain Power Academy courses.

• Assisting with the development of written content for Brain Power Academy courses, as well as assisting with occasional content for Brain Power Academy site and blog based on SEO principles

• Assisting our marketing efforts to develop content for Brain Power Academy advertising campaigns.

• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.

• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.

• Assisting with research to identify our customers' needs in order to recommend new content for our target audience.

Required Background: • Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.

• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.

• Effective communication skills.

• Excellent writing and editing skills.

• Excellent collaboration skills.

• An organized approach to the design and implementation of all deliverables.

• Creativity and strong attention to detail.

• Willing to juggle multiple tasks under the supervision of one or more staff members, and be organized

• Ability to use Jira and Confluence to track tasks, content development, and progress.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
