The Opportunity We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic brand builder to join our Family Care organization in Cincinnati, OH (Winton Hill Business Center) as a Digital Media Trader. This individual will work on the Family Care in-house strategic media team and will report to the Family Care Media Planner. This is a highly dynamic role with great opportunity to demonstrate leadership and grow professionally! P&G Family Care is creating a Future of Marketing in-house strategic media team to deliver breakthrough media plans and digital media execution in close partnership with our Brand teams. The Digital Media Trader will be accountable for the creation, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across multiple digital platforms including The Trade Desk, various social platforms and others. The Trader will serve a portfolio of Brands and collaborate across an integrated team of internal and external partners to ensure media plans are delivered flawlessly and in line with P&G standards and Brand business objectives.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design, set up and execute digital campaigns across various digital media platforms Execute complex audience targeting and re-targeting strategies Monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure delivery against Brand goals and objectives Proactively seek out opportunities and make clear recommendations for optimizations Continuously optimize campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics Collaborate closely with the digital media and marketing technology supplier teams - acting as the digital media subject matter expert Collaborate closely with the analytics team on the evaluation of campaign performance Collaborate closely with the analytics team to execute 3rd-party measurement tests and assess performance across various KPIs The Ideal Candidate Has

Demonstrated programmatic/social media buying experience combined with a willingness to continuously learn and experiment Experience with The Trade Desk programmatic platform Experience in buying on social and other digital media platforms (FB/IG, Google Ads, SnapChat, TikTok etc.) An in-depth understanding of key programmatic media principles including targeting, bid & frequency management, optimization across audience and inventory sources, and post campaign analytics The ability to contribute individually, take direction and participate in cross-functional teams with a positive attitude Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Meticulous attention to detail The ability to synthesize large amounts of data (sometimes from disparate data sources) into actionable insights and recommendations An dn-depth understanding of both the theory and practice of programmatic media buys A willingness to learn new platforms and strategies in an increasingly complex and constantly evolving media landscape BRM00002246 Required
