Position Summary: The Sr. Digital Programs role is a key player within the AMR Marketing team. This individual helps shape our B2B social media strategy and execution for paid marketing programs in the AMR region. This is an ideal role for a data-driven, social media strategist – with proven B2B experience – who can work cross-functionally with AMR stakeholders in Digital, Marketing, and Sales. The Sr. Digital Program role is responsible for helping steward the evolution of our multi-channel paid channel strategies, making tactical social media recommendations that are aligned with marketing campaign goals/budget, and the day-to-day coordination/management/reporting of the regional paid campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Works within AMR’s digital marketing team to help shape B2B paid social strategy, internal influencer/sales amplification opportunities, ad tracking/reporting, and manage paid program execution.
- Builds AMR target audience data analysis; and develops strategic and tactical insights to help our marketing team evolve campaigns and paid efforts.
- Manages self-serve Paid Social and Paid Search platforms, including building/buying AMR ad campaigns, and weekly monitoring of active campaigns.
- Creates social editorial for paid ads and influencer messaging for AMR campaigns – on average 140+ programs per year with varying levels of budgets and tactics.
- Prepares monthly paid budget reporting and reconciliation with finance.
- Develops paid social performance metrics, including analysis of historical data and active campaigns to drive optimizations, and looks beyond numbers to convey insights and themes for AMR stakeholders.
- Creates SCID/Cookies for paid ads and influencer social outreach tracking which requires an understanding of AEM analytics and web tracking tools.
- Key contributor and social content strategy lead a new Social Selling program that helps Sales teams utilize social networks and digital content to increase B2B prospects, foster relationships, and influence purchase behaviors. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration and communications.
- Minimum of 5+ years B2B paid social media experience preferred.
- Experience with self-serve, social buying platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience managing paid search platforms (Google Adwords).
- Working knowledge of Google Ad network, Programmatic networks, and BASIS/DSP is preferred.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AEM analytics.
- Experience building data visualization and dashboards in Tableau is preferred.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and processes (QUIP, WorkFront or similar).
- Proven track record demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations.
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues and vendors.
