Relocation Assistance Offered Within Country # 101196 - New York, New York, United States The Brand Integration Associate Manager is responsible for supporting the integration of new brands into North America Consumer Affairs (CA) operations. This includes assessing the existing Consumer Affairs structure/processes and the new businesses, identifying the gaps, recommending approaches, and then developing and executing the implementation plans. This role will work with the commercial teams to develop training and knowledge management materials to be used at the contact center, align with Global Consumer Affairs on setting up the needed CRM elements, setting up social media streams and ratings and reviews in the appropriate tools to ensure proper handling. As warranted, this individual works with the outsourced contact center to set up the best programs to support these brands (ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, including appropriate use of brand voice and assets, efficient operations, best balance of contact channels, meeting reporting needs, and any other appropriate special arrangements). Once these programs are established and stabilized, this role ensures their ongoing needs are met (product portfolio changes, training, changing business needs etc) as well as providing support for the rest of the Brand Integration team's responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify gaps between new brands and to Colgate-Palmolive's Consumer Affairs program
  • Develop and execute integration plan
  • Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to build interactive product training
  • Ensure CRM is fully set up to meet the needs of the new products (products, subjects, sources, standard responses, etc)
  • Ensure all operational needs are provided for: channel support, staffing/org structure, KPIs, QC, fulfillment
  • Deeply understand brand purpose and voice and develop plan to integrate into CA operational programs
  • Work with Sr Manager Operations to ensure proper coverage at Contact Center, proper channel set up, social media and Ratings and reviews monitoring
  • Work with Global Quality, Auditing, Training and Experience Sr Manager to ensure accurate regulatory compliance
  • Responsible for consumer feedback reporting including measurable insights
  • Work with Brand Integration manager on impactful consumer experiences

Basic Qualifications:

  • College Degree required
  • At least 3 years of relevant Consumer Care (Service) experience
  • Detail Oriented
  • Good follow through
  • Process Driven
