  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data Amazon Kids+ is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to deliver multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness of the brand and original content. Amazon Kids+ is an all-in-one subscription for kids that offers unlimited access to thousands of kid-friendly books, movies, TV shows, educational apps, and games. Amazon Kids also includes best-in-class parental controls, allowing parents to set daily time limits or restrict certain categories—like games and video—while leaving unlimited time for reading. Amazon Kids+ is available on Fire Tablets, Echo, Fire TV, Android, iOS, and Kindle devices. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns working cross-functionally to drive timelines, creative asset development, and campaign delivery. They will be responsible for campaign optimization and reporting, identifying trends and opportunities to streamline future campaigns. They will develop scalable processes, templates, and playbooks to drive efficiencies across campaign launches. They will work with industry publishers to ensure the content is presented with quality and accuracy. They will develop programs to promote content across a variety of surfaces (Fire, Tablet, Fire TV, Echo, Kindle).

The right person is a cross-functional, creative, and results-driven marketer who can execute high-visibility campaigns efficiently. You will work closely with content and marketing to create, test and track campaign performance and optimize the customer experience. You will hold a high bar for execution and measurement, and will define success metrics and processes.

In this position, candidates will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand and content campaigns to drive awareness of Amazon Kids+ and original content
  • Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, asset development and budget tracking
  • Manage campaign activity across email, merchandising, paid marketing, and social media
  • Partner with internal and external partners to develop creative assets and media plan
  • Own go-to-market launch plan
  • Develop best practices, templates, and playbooks for future campaigns
  • Develop and execute content experiments, analyzing metrics and provide actionable insight into performance, and future recommendations
  • Obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with external partners/agencies
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and ability to navigate a cross-functional environment to earn trust
  • High comfort level with current marketing measurement practices and attribution methods
  • Basic SQL knowledge or ability to manipulate pre-built SQL queries
  • Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the customer experience
