Job Description

FRL Web Development team manages the development strategy and front end content development execution (HTML/CSS) of our FRL E-commerce websites, partnering closely with cross functional teams including marketing, creative, internationalization, analytics and engineering. The main purpose of this role is to manage the front end web development roadmap and execution while working closely with various cross functional partners to align on project scope, timelines, feasibility, execution and launch.

  • Manage day-to-day development execution while collaborating with key cross functional partners including Marketing Production, Creative, and Internationalization teams.
  • Provide technical consult for web production work. Review proposed project scope, creative direction and communicate on behalf of technical capabilities and solutions.
  • Create development workback timelines, sprint plans & management, and ensure optimum code quality and best web practices are being executed.
  • Provide development direction and task delegation to front end web developers.
  • Regular engagement and collaboration with development agency.
  • Technical scoping for new components that need engineering support with an objective of scaling our CMS component library and capabilities.
  • Assist in managing meetings, scheduling, and communication-related to web projects.
  • Sales E-Commerce promotion support.
  • Establishing testing and launch plans to ensure optimum quality launches.
  • Partner with production to create work back schedules for web publications.
  • Maintain and enforce project scope throughout the project lifecycle.
  • 3+ years professional experience managing web development projects, working with cross functional teams throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS and working within the confines of content management systems.
  • Familiar with best web practices with a fundamental understanding SEO and web accessibility.
  • Experience collaborating and addressing effectively both a technical and non technical audience.
  • Experience working with creative, front end development and engineering teams.
