You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities. How you will contribute Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns. Role Description Our organization has an opening for a business savvy, highly analytical and detail-oriented candidate to join our growing Consumer Insights & Analytics team. This strategic role will collaborate with Marketing and Media Leads to drive consumer-centric decision making and help to formulate end to end brand strategy: to support communication strategy and campaign development (Digital and beyond), consumer targeting, innovation pipeline development, product and packaging, which are all fueling Mondelez’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate is business-minded, consumer-centric and has some level of experience with Digital / Social / Marketing/ Measurement. This person is a strong analyst who enjoys data, testing hypothesis, and influencing executives. Most importantly, this person can turn insights into ACTION!What you need to know about this position:Key Responsibilities for this high visibility role:
  • Consult with marketing leadership to anticipate, formulate, and frame key business questions.
  • Integrate insights collaboratively with business team throughout the complete brand/product life cycle, including: brand strategy, communication strategy development, Innovation pipeline development, and in-market execution/assessment.
  • Gather and analyze data, understand trends and patterns, construct story lines to deliver impactful / implementable insights to Marketing, Advertising and Media agency
  • Leverage unique data sets to improve targeting/ Personalization @ Scale strategies and relevance of advertising messages
  • Advance data-driven marketing maturity by building 360 campaign effectiveness measurement roadmap
  • Defining the best metrics and ways to assess and report performance and ROI
    - Evolve metrics and drive reporting automation and visualization
    - Translate data into actionable insights and actions utilizing engaging ‘story telling’ and communication
    
    Manage data providers/research partners, deploy and continuously perfect solutions What extra ingredients you will bring: A big plus:
  • Experience measuring marketing/media campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness using attribution and/or marketing mix modeling
  • Knowledge of data collection for audience building and targeting
  • Knowledge of the role of digital advertising in the marketing mix and consumer journey
  • Knowledge of social listening approaches and best-practices Education / Certifications:
  • Undergraduate degree required Job specific requirements:
  • Passion and interest in the Food & Beverage/ Snacking world
  • Desire to grow personally and advance through the organization
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, or analytical role on the agency side, or consumer insights in companies with strong digital focus
  • Preferably 3 years partnering with marketing/ media executives
  • Hypothesis building and testing, thought leadership and strategic thinking
  • A successful history of processing and extracting business insights from large disconnected data sets
  • Experience defining marketing metrics and reporting performance in scorecard or dashboard to DRIVE ACTION
  • Strong story building and executive presentation capability
  • Strong ownership, project management and organizational skills with focus on results / timelines
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment Travel requirements:minimalWork schedule:full-time, typical work day, with flexibility
